Yes, simply add them to the end of your conversation and be sure to end with a period (.) to get better forcus.  For example:

"Who was asked to leave paradise? keywords: garden."

Remember, you are having a conversation with an AI bot.  It cannot interpret what you mean.  So re-phrase your question or expand on it "I didn't mean x, what do you think of y".
